Shipping Policy

If an order is placed before 12:00 PM, we try to ship it that day. Orders ordered on a Friday after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next workday. Once your order has delivered, you will get an email with tracking information.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Ensure you enter the right address during checkout because:

• We may be obliged to contact you for an update on the delivery information if there is inaccurate or missing information that we can identify on our end, which could delay the delivery of your order.
• Since all of the things will be donated as soon as they are returned to our warehouse, we are not liable if your order is delivered to the incorrect location or returned to the sender.

We are not responsible if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged if you ask the final mile carrier to forward or reroute it after the order has left our warehouse.
